Biography

Following in the footsteps of his father, Charlie entered the financial services industry in 1968. His nearly four-decade career has been filled with company and industry recognition. Charlie has qualified annually for company honor clubs, including President's Council, Top 50 and Top Club. These recognize leadership, outstanding sales performance and service to clients. Charlie was inducted into the company's Hall of Fame in 1980, and in 1998, he received its most prestigious field honor when he was named the Jacob W. Shoul Award winner.

Charlie has qualified multiple times for the industry's National Quality, National Sales Achievement, and Health Insurance Quality Awards. In addition, he is a life qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). MDRT is an international association of leading financial professionals, recognized as the standard of excellence in the life insurance-based financial services industry; MDRT members represent the top six percent of financial professionals worldwide. Charlie has also been a member of the Pennsylvania Leaders Roundtable for most of his career.

Active in the industry, Charlie is a member, past president and past director of the Franklin County chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, as well as a member and past director of the Pennsylvania Association of Financial Advisors. He also has been an instructor for Chartered Life Underwriter Courses. Charlie focuses on estate* and retirement planning for small business owners.
